Club Members – brave individuals and pioneering organizations such as companies, public sector bodies, higher education institutes, research institutes and NGOs

  • Prospect futures together and increase their own strategic and operational agility.
  • Build joint capabilities for concretizing co-created game-changing openings.
  • Learn new approaches how to utilize complex opportunity finding and complex problem solving for business development and systemic innovation.

The goal is to enable and support rapid realization of found value opportunities such as actionable business ideas, jointly designed RDI initiatives and other meaningful findings.

Concept Elements

The main elements are

  • Facilitated High-energy Futures Process for co-discovering emerging societal themes and designing joint value possibilities.
  • Innovation and Research Resonator for accelerated opportunity and value realization.
  • Chamber for Treasure Builders where members can e.g. test prototypes, highlight their new initiatives, and promote products, services and technologies.

Club Events

 Event 1: Pathfinding

  • Prospecting futures and co-discovering emerging societal themes.

Event 2: Icebreaking

  • Connecting co-discovered themes with real societal landscapes, problems and potential solutions, recognising concrete value possibilities.

Event 3: Designing

  • Designing prototypes, and connecting people, interests and stories to them.

 

Innovation and Research Resonator

Purposes:

  • Interacting with people and finding how topics under discussion resonate with them and their interests.
  • Speeding up activities, such as business development, research and innovation, by introducing expertise and tools for rapid idea elaboration and capability integration.
  • Increasing RDI funding opportunities (quality, relevance, utilisation).
  • Strengthening partnerships through development and learning process.
