Instruments for Renewal in Europe  


The Center for Knowledge and Innovation Research (CKIR) of Aalto School of Economics organizes the workshop on Societal Transformation in collaboration with Aalto Service Factory and with the Finnish Ministry of Employment and the Economy (TEM).

The objective of the topic is to iteratively build on the new instruments and vehicles for socio-techno-economic transition by providing insights from both public and private sector stakeholders, comple-mented by representative real life implementation cases. Specific emphasis is given to new forms of innovation and co-creation in various political and sectored contexts.

It is time to pause to observe and reflect, are the current drivers, policies, hierarchies and new types of research, development and innovation methods contributing to sustainable societal transformation and ultimately to inclusive knowledge economy.

Join us in this workshop where we aim to take a critical look at the current state of affairs and vision next steps in the path to making the digital knowledge economy a reality.

 The participation fee is 199 €. In order to ensure a true dialogue, the number of participants is limited and seats are filled in the registration order.

The workshop takes place at the Aalto University School of Economics (PWC Auditorium of the Chydenia Building, Runeberginkatu 22–24).
